Your home is your pet’s safe-haven; led by an exotic veterinary assistant, our team keeps your pet’s world consistent while you’re away.
Routine Visits (2x/day)
- 30 minutes: $140/day ($70/visit)
- 30 minute & 60 minute visit combo: $165/day
- 60 minutes: $190/day ($95/visit)
Individual Visits (1x/day)
- 30 minutes: $85/visit
- 60 minutes: $115/visit
Pet Care: Your pet will receive dedicated love and attention, including species-specific feeding, fresh water, medication administration — oral or topical medication, coordinated with your vet — and enrichment.
Home Care: Visits include general home upkeep such as tidying pet areas, plant care, and mail/package retrieval. We can also alternate lights and blinds upon request to maintain a lived-in appearance.
Peace of Mind: You’ll receive updates including snapshots and details of their well-being and activities, so you can enjoy your time away without worry.

Bird Care
Cockatiels, parakeets, conures, parrotlets, lovebirds, finches and most companion parrots — birds are a core part of what we do, not a stretch service. We handle daily fresh chop preparation, pellet measurement, water tower changes, full cage and grate cleaning, and out-of-cage time for birds with established free-flight routines. Our team is trained to recognize the early signs of crop issues, respiratory infections, and egg binding. Alexandria worked as an exotic veterinary assistant at Bay Area Bird & Exotics Hospital, and our specialists are trained to identify critical health issues in the animals they care for — so avian care is rooted in real preparation, not guesswork. Prefer overnight boarding?
Our founder, Alexandria, personally hosts a small number of exotic pets for overnight boarding at her San Francisco home, and a few of our specialists can occasionally host boarding as well — so spots are limited and often full, especially around holidays and travel season. If boarding is what you need, please reach out as early as you possibly can: the sooner we hear from you with your dates, the better the chance we can fit you in.
